The average person with long hair has success with tying their hair in a low bun and pulling the cap over it before tying. The front can be folded over to customize your fit.

Washing instructions: Wash on hot or cold, tumble dry low. Use an iron to iron out any wrinkles if desired.
I personally recommend washing cold and tumble dry low or hang to dry. 100% cotton will shrink over time with repeated washings and drying on high heat. All of my fabrics are pre-washed prior to sewing.
