Processing Times

Each Bonnet Head Designs scrub cap is hand made to order. Once an order is received, it typically takes 7 business days for your order to be made.

Shipping

We ship using USPS. Once your order ships, it generally takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times are dependent on your location.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bonnet Head Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom and personal nature of our caps, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All items are final sale.
